Our Assessment
Aanchal is the state dairy cooperative brand, and official pages show coverage across all 13 districts and dairy-sector value-chain strengthening through UKCDP. UCDF material also speaks of marketing beyond Uttarakhand. However, I did not verify an across-India market expansion outcome or a dedicated post-2022 expansion package. Budget status: dairy project support exists, but no all-India expansion allocation found.
