Partly delivered. Uttar Pradesh runs a large women's self-help-group programme through UPSRLM, with over 13 lakh SHG members, a growing 'Lakhpati Didi' base and the BC Sakhi network. However, a separately-branded 'Avanti Bai Lodhi SHG Mission' with a Rs 5,000 crore outlay and 5 lakh new SHGs is not confirmed under that name. Marked partial.
We will launch a Talent Hunt Search and Development Mission at a cost of Rs 500 crore, providing up to Rs 5 lakh to selected women athletes.
We will provide loans up to Rs 1 lakh at minimum rates through Atmanirbhar SHG Credit Cards to about 1 crore women working in SHGs.
We will launch Mission Pink Toilet at a cost of Rs 1,000 crore, ensuring construction and maintenance of toilets for women at all public places.
