“ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਚੌਵੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਦੇਣਾ।”

29 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2026 ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ। ਪੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲ ਦੇ 2026-27 ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਪਤਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਖਪਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 300 ਜਾਂ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 600 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਦਿ ਟ੍ਰਿਬਿਊਨ ਦੀ 20 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਚਾਲੂ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਤ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਆੰਸ਼ਿਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਦਰਜ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੌਵੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਸਾਬਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ। ਇਸ ਦਰਜੇ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ (2026-06-06; ਦਰਜ ਸਥਿਤੀ: fulfilled; ਮੂਲ ਲਿਖਤ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਨਵੀਂ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦੱਸ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ):1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2022 ਤੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ (ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ, ਦੋ-ਮਹੀਨਾ ਚੱਕਰ ਵਿੱਚ 600 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਬਿੱਲ)। 2 ਕਿਲੋਵਾਟ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਲੋਡ ਵਾਲੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ 31 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2021 ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਿੱਲ ਵੀ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਲਗਭਗ 77-80% ਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆਉਣਗੇ।
