The promise was an SIT under a retired Delhi High Court judge to investigate alleged scams in classroom/school-building construction and "ghost teacher" appointments. The classroom-construction matter is under active investigation — the President cleared an FIR (March 2025), the Delhi Police ACB registered a case against former ministers (April 2025) and the ED conducted raids (June 2025) — but via existing agencies rather than a confirmed retired-judge SIT, and the "ghost teacher" strand is not separately documented.
